Located on the 47th floor of Breeze Nan Shan,【MiraWan Eatery】is a Michelin Plate recommended restaurant in 2020. It features a bright and sophisticated decor, offering a spacious and comfortable dining space. On clear days, guests can enjoy the scenic view of distant mountains, creating a truly serene atmosphere.
The restaurant offers both set menus and à la carte options. The minimum spending for lunch is NTD 1700, and we have chosen the NTD 980 set menu. By adding upgrades and ordering desserts and coffee, we meet the minimum spending requirement. The NTD 980 set menu includes appetizers, starters, and main courses. If two set menus are chosen, different items can be selected, allowing you to taste a variety of dishes.
The pork pâte paired with the crispy bread that comes with the meal is a perfect combination. The amberjack paired with green apple and Alishan wasabi offers a light and refreshing taste.
Fresh and delicate tuskfish is accompanied by creamy potato foam, resulting in a remarkable flavor and texture. The Burgundy red wine-braised beef tongue is tender with a slight chewiness, exceeding expectations with its exceptional presentation.
The main course of lobster pasta, accompanied by a generous variety of seafood and adorned with fresh flowers, is beautifully presented. The seafood and pasta are delicious and rich in flavor. However, it is disappointing that the texture of the lobster meat is soft.
The Japanese A4 Wagyu is cooked to perfection, offering a delightful texture and exquisite meat quality. It is truly delicious.
The dessert of apple pie, served with fluffy puff pastry and yogurt ice cream, strikes a balance between sweetness and richness.
Overall, the spacious high-altitude view during the daytime, combined with the excellent culinary skills, creates a pleasant dining experience.
