Located on the B2 of the Regent Hotel,【Coast】is a modern restaurant that focuses on seafood ingredients and combines Thai flavors with French cuisine. The restaurant has a stylish decor and was selected for the “50 Best Discovery” list in 2022.

【Coast】offers dinner set menus only. The seating area at the bar offers a close-up view of the kitchen preparation, adding more fun to the dining. The chef’s dishes are creative and can be described as specialty cuisine.

Overall, the dining experience at【Coast】is rich and enjoyable, offering a refreshing and satisfying culinary experience. The wine selection complements the dishes well. It is definitely worth recommending!

2. Truffle / Mushroom / Kanom Krok：The truffle and mushroom have rich flavors that awaken the taste buds

3. Yilan Prawn / Heirloom Tomato / Nam Plik-Ong：The shrimp is sweet, and the tomato jelly soup is tangy, provides a distinct Southeast Asian flavor

4. Scallop / Toasted Rice / Larb：The fresh and succulent scallops are of sashimi grade and go well with the sauce

5. Murray Cod / Tuberose / Smoked Tom Ka：The cod itself is fresh and delicious, and the stir-fried Chinese broccoli is crispy, the sauce is a bit rich

6. Eel / Green Papaya / Pla Tom Kem：The grilled eel is crispy, and when paired with green papaya, it creates a unique flavor

7. Lobster / Fennel / Gaeng Som：The lobster is tender, and the sauce is a spicy and sour Thai-style soup with a strong kick
