【CEO1950】is a French cuisine restaurant located in a 70-year-old renovated mansion. The mansion was previously the residence of the first Central Bank president. The restaurant’s interior design captures the vintage essence of the mansion, offering a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. It has been recognized as a Michelin-recommended restaurant for both 2021 and 2022. The restaurant is approximately a 5-minute walk from Zhongshan Junior High School MRT Station.
The head chef excels in infusing Hakka elements into French cuisine. The set menu prices range from NT$2,580 to NT$3,480, depending on the choice of the main course.
The appetizers are lightly seasoned, offering a refreshing and delicate taste. The starters incorporate Hakka elements such as oriental beauty tea, pickled mustard cabbage, and salted pork, resulting in enjoyable flavors with each dish.
The main dishes of Iberico pork and Amberjack showcase the chef’s skillful techniques. The level of doneness is just right, allowing the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients to shine through. The sergestid shrimp rice noodles at the end are perfectly cooked, leaving a lingering aroma on the palate.
