Restaurant【Paris 1930x de Hideki Takayama】embraces an elegant and refined approach, earning a Michelin 1-star for its French cuisine in 2022. Chef Hideki Takayama takes a meticulous approach to the dining experience. The theme of the autumn set menu is osmanthus, featuring a ten-course meal of exquisite delicacies.
The dining experience begins with a bountiful display of autumn fruits and test tubes filled with various tea blends for a visual and olfactory ceremony. Following this, the chef introduces a series of delicate appetizers. After the appetizers, a dry ice creation with an autumn theme is brought to the table, accompanied by a white mist. Simultaneously, a machine behind the seating area releases a fragrant osmanthus aroma, enriching the sensory experience throughout the meal.
Regarding the dishes, seasonal vegetable with sushi rice, abalone, and duck consommé as appetizers are truly memorable. The main courses of fresh fish and Ibérico pork are perfectly cooked, delivering a delightful and delicious experience. One can truly taste the culinary skills of the chef in these dishes. The matcha cream mille-feuille that concludes the meal is also a masterpiece by Chef Hideki Takayama, a delicate and refined dessert.
The entire dining experience lasts for approximately three hours. Such a rich and exquisite dining experience is truly worthwhile to indulge in occasionally.
