Food is life, and I paint my memories with food

Restaurant Features
The 【INNORI Restaurant】is located in the mountainous forest of Wulai Hot Springs, featuring a Tayan-style architecture and dishes made with local ingredients. The appetizers, such as the Sturgeon Fish Roll and Makao Sausage have tribal-inspired names but lack a memorable flavor.
The starters, however, reach a higher level of quality. The Wild Stream Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa is crispy and delightful, complemented by the refreshing mix of onions and tomatoes in the salsa. The Quinoa and Nut Pumpkin Salad, Stir-Fried Flat Noodles with Wild Mushrooms, and Tayal-style Bamboo Tube Rice with Mountain Pork are all tasty.
Moving on to the main course, both dishes are enjoyable and can be considered as high-quality cuisine. The Stone-Grilled Chestnut Shu Kang Chicken features tender chicken with a distinct chestnut flavor. The Roasted Fish Fillet is perfectly cooked, accompanied by an abundance of vegetables that enhance its freshness and sweetness. The portions of the main courses are generous, ensuring a satisfying meal.
For dessert and tea, they offer the distinctive Makao tea, which has a relaxing aroma and provides a soothing feeling for the stomach.
Overall, the entire dining experience was delightful. It is highly recommended to try this dining experience, especially during pleasant weather, when you can sit in the outdoor seating area overlooking the lush forests and clear skies.
