Restaurant Features
【Wayne’s Boston】is located on Xinsheng North Road, a bit far from the MRT station. The interior design of the restaurant has a laid-back and leisurely atmosphere. The restaurant is best known for its lobster seafood platter. When ordering for the first time, I found the menu a bit complex and suggested asking the staff in the restaurant for an explanation before ordering.
The set menu includes rye bread, salad, creamy soup, appetizers, and a dessert after the main course. “Classic Lobster Bisque” and the “Grilled Thick Bacon” are highly recommended. The lobster bisque is rich in flavor and satisfying to the taste buds. The grilled thick bacon is drizzled with liquor and flame-seared, enhancing its aroma and creating a delicious, meaty texture.
Next, the highlight of the “Seafood Tower” is the two vibrant red lobsters, one steamed and one grilled, both offering the sweet and succulent flavors of lobster. They are accompanied by abalone, scallops, mussels, and other seafood, providing ample servings. The “10-ounce American rib-eye steak” was cooked to perfection with a delightful aroma. The rib-eye steak was slightly fatty, but when paired with red wine, we managed to finish every bite of the 10-ounce steak.
Overall, the food was delicious and portions were generous. The seafood tower, with its abundance of seafood, was visually appealing and great for taking photos. In terms of location and ambiance, the prices were slightly on the higher side. Unless you happen to be in the area, it may not be worth making a special trip to visit.
