Restaurant Features
Chef Vanessa presents the food on the plate with exquisite beauty, showcasing her skills to the fullest. Each dish at 【Ephernité】is visually pleasing and captures the essence of sophistication that the chef aims for. The restaurant offers daily set menus (NT$2200) and seasonal set menus (NT$3500), as well as a special chef’s menu (NT$5000) option. For those looking to experience the restaurant’s quality and culinary style, I recommend starting with the daily set menu, while those who wish to savor a wider variety of dishes often opt for the seasonal set menu.
The appetizers, including the perfectly presented cherry jam goose liver pâté, are delightful. However, the other two appetizers didn’t leave a profound impression. Both the appetizers and main courses provide a delightful sensory and visual experience.
The restaurant space is not large, adorned with cool-toned décor, and the tables are adequately spaced, creating a comfortable environment. It’s definitely worth revisiting.
